How long does setup actually take?
Upload a roster CSV. We map the columns; you confirm them before anything is saved.
Can parents use it without downloading an app?
Yes. They can RSVP, pay, and message on the web. A separate app is never required.
Do you support multiple sports?
SidelineHQ is sport-agnostic. The same tools cover soccer, basketball, gymnastics, clubs, and lessons.
What does white-label actually mean?
You bring a logo and a color. We give you a site at your-academy.sideline-hq.com (or your custom domain) and emails from your address. Parents see your brand on the web.
How do payouts work?
We use Stripe under the hood. You connect a Stripe account, and payouts land in your business account.
What if I want to leave?
Click "Export everything." You get a clean ZIP with rosters, schedules, payment history, and chat threads in CSV. Your custom domain is yours; redirect it wherever. We don't hold data hostage.
